The absolute easiest way to stop yourself from meditation is to read too many ‘how to meditate’ articles, books and tips.
Meditation tips are nice, especially when you’re new.
But if you read too many of these tips, and care too much about them, you start to believe that there are techniques, rules and methods, that there’s a right way and a wrong way to meditate.
If you think too much about the “hows” and “whats” instead of just ‘living in meditation’, you’ll never get the hang of it.
Living in meditation means to live sponteniously.
Living in meditation means never recording hurt.
Living in meditation means living in the moment.
Living in meditation means to be free from religions, isms, ideologies and politics.
…Even the most ordinary aspects of our experience are utterly miraculous when seen through innocent eyes.

Nice Osho Quotes,
My experience: little bit difficult for intelligent, and too simple for those who are simple.
“The best teacher is one who can help the
last person hearing him, the lowest in
intelligence, to understand. Of course the
best ones will understand easily,
but you have to keep aware of those
who are not that intelligent.”
“My purpose is to deprogram you, to clean
you, to uncondition you and leave you
fresh, young, innocent. And from there you can
grow into a real, authentic individual.”
It’s not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.
-Epictetus
“Experience life in all possible ways –
good-bad, bitter-sweet, dark-light,
summer-winter. Experience all the dualities.
Don’t be afraid of experience, because
the more experience you have, the more
mature you become.”
“If you wish to see the truth, then hold no opinion for or against.”
“All the Buddhas of all the ages have been telling you a very simple fact: Be — don’t try to become. Within these two words, be and becoming, your whole life is contained. Being is enlightenment, becoming is ignorance.”
“If you wish to see the truth, then hold no opinion for or against.”
“A little foolishness, enough to enjoy life, and a little wisdom to avoid the errors, that will do.”
