I hated every minute of training, but I said, “Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.” – Mohammad Ali

Hay friends, I want you to join some marshal arts, boxing or self defense course. Practice hard, stay safe and improve your fitness. Meditation and fitness must go together.

Regular training is very essential for getting mastery in anything. Persistence is the key to perfection. Regular training can do miracles.

I remember when I recovered from my illness and one year of bed rest I was underweight (only 39 kg.) and very weak.  I regularly visualize myself as healthy and strong. By regular exercise along with hypnosis and visualization I increased my weight up to 70 kg. , from 10 push ups, I reach to 500 and one day I run for 25 km non-stop. It become possible because I regularly practice in my imagination. In extreme physical pain I train my mind to visualize strength, power and health.

If you do regular training then nothing is impossible. First begin in your mind, imagine yourself enjoying your exercise, imagine you are getting results. Your thoughts shape your body.

Have a nice day!

  • Im no expert, but I really feel you merely crafted the very best point. You naturally know very well what you are discussing, and I can in fact get behind that. Thanks for remaining so upfront and so genuine.
